Stepping up my label game

Last summer, in an effort to be as well prepared as possible to have both kids in school I went out and bought all the BPA free lunch/bento boxes one could imagine (okay, well not all of them). Got fun lunch boxes, snack bags, you name it. I was ready for school. Not!

One of the number one rules of having kids in school (or daycare or camp or wherever) is to LABEL EVERYTHING. I learned this the hard way when Jackson came home from daycare one day with someone else’s navy blue gap puffer jacket (who knew they made more than one!). I’d been rocking the sharpie method ever since then, but wanted to step up my label game. I asked my sister, who just knows about things like this because she’s very responsible and prepared and she sent me a link to this etsy show with personalized labels. They were super cute and supposedly indestructible, but expensive and there weren’t that many. But I liked the idea.

Enter google.

A few clicks later and I had found just what I wanted. Cute, virtually indestructible, AND write on. It was the perfect solution with two kids and wanting to give them each the type of labels they’d like without breaking the bank.

This, my friends, is your new life saver, this, is Mabel’s Labels.

Truth be told, I had this blog post drafted for a while (remember, I'm awesome at uploading pictures!), and then Mabel’s Label’s reached out and offered me a free set of customized labels. They didn’t seem to be my jam when I was first shopping around. Which labels do I get, which kids names do I get, what do I do with all the leftovers (like that would ever happen) Then it hit me. DUH! Just write Kenney Family on there. Now I can label EVERYTHING. Seriously. They came in the other day and they look awesome. I can't wait to get my label on!!

I am SOOO all over their camp combo kit. I’m definitely picking up one each for the kids since they’ll be at camp this summer. Best part? Mabel’s label’s is offering 10% off the kit until April 30th just click here to check it out. So go get yours and get your kids ready for summer camp (and save what is left of your sanity!)

***while mabel's labels did provide me with customized labels, all opions are all my very very own!!!
