Yup...I'm moving out. Well..technicially we already did.

It's been a while since I've been round these parts. Mostly just out of complete and utter stress, and a lack of anything funny or witty to share. That and the completely rational fear that if I post anything up here, it will jinx it all.

Well, I can FINALLY post a bit about what's going on these days..... WE SOLD OUR CONDO!!! I could seriously post 15bagillion entries about the process, but since it's all said and done, it just doesn't seem worth it.

But, here are some highlights..

• We sold the condo ourselves (with lots of help from my sister)

• We had three offers on the table before we even had our open house-this was both awesome and stressful

• Beware...the market is crazy. Just because you get an above asking offer on your house, doesn't mean it will get appraised for that much (sads)

• Moving sucks. And we are very lucky to have had some great friends come help us out. I however do not plan on doing it anytime in the near (far) future. Except of course when we move to our new house.

So, as of last month, we are no longer living in our little "just for a few years that turned into 6" condo. We are currently living with my parents, which is fantastical (not sure Mike would agree though). It's honestly just a much needed break from all of the craziness of selling the condo and just life in general. I have a 9 mile commute to work (seriously, i'm going to miss that so much). My Dad picks up the kids from my mother-in-laws for me, and my Mom usually cooks. Honestly, I am spoiled right now, so I am going to enjoy every second. Oh, all that and my parents have a pool at their condo, so that's been great. Oh and wait. The best part. I actually get to go out after work. Yep. It's awesome, and another huge thing I'll miss when we leave. Though, once we get a new house, I don't think anyone is going to bed able to afford to go out anyway, so it won't matter.

I'm also going to try really hard to visit this little space more often. My head is spinning with DIY ideas, and I'm stressing about both kids in school and making their lunches, and just so much fun exciting stuff going on, it's time to bring this blog back.
